What is Intellivisit?

RCW has partnered with Intellivisit to provide patients with an alternative to a traditional in-person clinician visit for certain types of conditions. With Intellivisit, you will have the convenience of accessing care virtually via desktop, mobile or tablet. This system uses Intellivisit’s advanced technology to help clinicians diagnosis and treat you virtually. It’s another way RCW delivers the safe high-quality care you’re used to receiving.

What conditions are treated?

Intellivisit should be used for the onset of new illnesses or injuries such as flu, cough, aches and pains, minor injuries and skin conditions. Intellivisit should not be used for chronic conditions or emergencies.

How does it work?

A virtual visit begins at your convenience, when you need it. Once you’ve entered your symptoms into Intellivisit, your information is transmitted to RCW’s team of clinicians to diagnosis and treat. As part of the diagnosis and treatment plan, the clinician will send necessary prescriptions to your pharmacy if the clinician determines it is needed. If a diagnosis and treatment plan is unable to be made, you may be referred to come into the RCW clinic.

When can I expect a response?

Intellivisit is a fast and convenient way to be treated by RCW. It is available for you to submit your case 24/7 with no appointment needed. You can expect to receive a response in three clinic hours or less during the clinic’s hours of operation.

Who are the providers?

Care is provided locally by RCW affiliated clinicians. They are dedicated to delivering high quality medical care at your convenience.

Do you protect my privacy and security?

RCW and Intellivisit maintain the privacy and security of your information. We collect only the information necessary to diagnosis and treat effectively. Your personal information and visit details are confidential and are protected by HIPPA.

Who is eligible to use Intellivisit?

Intellivisit can be used by any adult patient that is currently eligible to use the RCW clinic. These include LHI and Weber Holdings employees, their spouses or legal partners, and adult dependents (age 18 – 26).


How do I activate my account?

  2. Click “Create Account”
  3. Complete Steps 1 and 2 (Provide basic profile information)
  4. Log in to your new account
  5. Click “Start a Visit” on the right hand side of the page

How can I access Intellivisit?

You can access Intellivisit through, or by visiting the Riverside Corporate Wellness webpage.

How do I obtain an activation e-mail?

Print the Pre-Registration Form here and bring the completed form into RCW today to register for Intellivisit. Afterward, you will receive an email with information on activating your account.

Where can I use Intellivisit?

You will have to be located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa when you use Intellivisit so that the clinicians treating you are practicing within the scope of their license.

How much does it cost?

RCW and LHI have invested in the cost of Intellivisit on your behalf.   Therefore, there is no cost to you to use the service.

Can I download a mobile app?

Yes, when you’re on the go, take Intellivisit with you by downloading the new mobile app.

Access the iTunes store. Search for “Intellivisit” in the search field. Download the app and use your Intellivisit account information to login!

Access the Google Play App Store. Search for “Intellivisit” in the search field. Install the app and use your Intellivisit account information to login!

Active users should use their Intellivisit username and password to log in to the application. If you have not activated your account, you can do so through the mobile app by clicking “Create Account”.

How do I submit a visit?

Once your account is activated, you can log in to your patient home page. Click on “Start a Visit” on the right side of the page to start the visit interview.

Can I receive text notifications when my treatment plan is ready, instead of e-mail?

To update your notification settings, login to your patient home page. Click “My Account”. Under your “Account Profile” you can update your “Preferences” to receive email and/or SMS notifications for important messages regarding your account or virtual visits.
